Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may need to be rescheduled to respect other clients’ time. No-shows or late cancellations will result in a 50% service charge. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to rescheduled appointments within the policy window.
